Voluntary Contribution

The Governors reserve the right to ask for voluntary contributions for travel in school time (e.g. swimming lessons).

Charging

The Governing Body reserves the right to make a charge in the following circumstances for activities organised by the school:

• music tuition not as part of the National Curriculum
• activities outside school hours other than for the National Curriculum or P.E., e.g. Clubs organised after school hours.
• travel outside school hours.
• the board and lodging element of the following residential activities deemed to take place within and outside school hours, e.g:-

1. visits to Urdd Centre Glanllyn, Bala (Year 5)
2. visits to Urdd Centre, Llangrannog (Year 6)

• where school property or equipment is damaged or lost as a consequence of pupils' behaviour.
